You will need to have their official documentation ready to self-register through MyDST;
a. Bruneian Citizens and Permanent Residents – Valid original Identification Cards (IC)

c. Foreigners – Valid original Passport and employment pass
5. How do I self-register through the MyDST app?
You can self-register your Easi SIM through the MyDST app by following the steps below;
a) Without MyDST Login
b) With MyDST Login – This flow is only applicable if you already have a MyDST account
6. How will I know if my registration was successful?
After you have completed your self-registration process a ‘SIM Successfully Registered’ will be displayed. 
7. Do I need to be connected to the Internet to do the self-registration?
Yes, you will need to be connected to the Internet to access MyDST and do your self-registration.
8. Do I need to use a smartphone to do the self-registration?
Yes, you will need to download the MyDST app into your smartphone and then do the self-registration process.
9. Will the SIM card expire if I do not activate it within a certain period of time?
Yes, you will need to register your SIM immediately upon purchase. If you failed to activate your SIM within 30 days after your purchase date, your SIM will expire.

1. What are Add-Ons?
Add-ons are data packages that serve as a supplement to your existing data plan/bundle.
2. How to buy the Easi Add-Ons?
You can buy the Easi add-ons by dialing *133# or via MyDST app and website.
3. How to pay for the Add-Ons bought?
The amount to buy for the add-on will be deducted from your credit balance.
4. Will I be able to buy TWO (2) add-ons at the same time?
You are only allowed to purchase ONE (1) add-on at a time.
5. Can I cancel an add-on subscription?
No, once you have bought an add-on you will not be able to cancel it.
6. How does the add-on data package validity work?
The validity period is measured/counted to the exact minute of the predetermined validity period of each package. For example, if the add-on data package is valid for 1 day (24 hours) and the time of the purchase is at 10:59 AM, then the add-on data package will expire at 10: 58 AM the next day.
7. Will my add-on subscription be renewed automatically?
No, the add-on subscription will not be automatically renewed upon its expiry.
8. Will I be able to use my add-on if my credit balance is zero?
Yes, you can still utilize your add-on if your credit balance is zero.
9. Will I be able to use my add-on if my credit has expired?
No, you need to recharge your Easi before you continue to use any add-on.
10. How do I check my add-on balance?
You can check your add-on by dialing *133# or via MyDST app and website.
11. Will I be notified if I have fully utilised my add-on?
Yes, you will be notified via an SMS notification once your add-on is utilised by 50%, 80% and once it has been fully utilised (100%).
Note: You will not receive an SMS notification once your add-on data package expires.
1. What is a Combo Plan?
A Combo Add-on is an add-on that bundles calls, SMS and data in one add-on.
2. If I have purchased a Combo Add-on and have fully utilised the data bundle, will I be able to purchase a new Combo add-on?
No, you will not be able to buy a new Combo Add-on if you still have an active Combo Add-on. You can only repurchase a Combo Add-on after you have utilised all your bundles (Calls, SMS and Data) or once it expires, whichever comes first.
3. If I had purchased a Combo Add-on, could I purchase a data add-on at the same time?
Yes, you can buy a data add-on on top of your active Combo Add-on. However, you will not be able to buy an additional data add-on if you are currently on an active data add-on.
4. I am currently subscribed to an Easi Combo Plan and an add-on data plan. Which data bundle will be utilised first?
The data bundle with the shorter remaining validity period will be utilised first.

The Easi Tourist SIM pack is $15, which includes 3GB local data and $3 credit bonus for local voice calls and SMS valid for 7 days from the activation date.
2. How long can I use the Easi Tourist SIM for?
The Easi Tourist SIM is only valid for 30 days and once the 30 days is up, the SIM will automatically expire. During this 30 day period, you can recharge your credit balance anytime to continue using our services.

Once you’ve landed in Brunei, turn right at the arrivals and you’ll see our DST Airport branch! Our sales representative will be happy to assist you in the registration process.
If you’re in a rush and haven’t managed to get your SIM, don’t worry. You can still get one at any of our selected DST Branches.
Don’t forget to bring your passport and travel documents with you.
