1. What is roaming?
Roaming is when you use your Mobi SIM card to stay connected while travelling outside of Brunei
2. How do I enable my roaming?
Before going ahead to buy a data roaming add-on, please make sure to activate your roaming via the MyDST app. Click the button below to follow the steps to activate your roaming.
3. Do I have to manually select a specific operator when I'm abroad?
Once you arrive at your destination, your phone will automatically select the preferred local operator. If you are having trouble connecting to a network, you can manually select the operators in your phone settings.

4. What services are available while roaming?
While travelling outside of Brunei, you can use your Mobi SIM card to make and receive calls, send and receive SMS, and connect to the Internet using our data roaming add-ons
5. What are the data roaming add-ons I can purchase while I’m abroad?
The data roaming add-ons available will depend on which country you visit as we offer different data roaming add-ons for different countries and operators.
Please make sure that you are connected to the correct roaming country and operator before you start using your data.

6. How do I subscribe to a data roaming add-on?
Once you have activated your roaming, you can buy a data roaming add-on by dialing *410# or via the MyDST app. Click the button below to follow the steps on how to buy the add-ons.
7. How do I check my data roaming add-on balance?
You can check you data roaming add-on balance by dialing *410# or via the MyDST app
8. How will I be charged when I buy a data roaming add-on package?
The amount of your data roaming add-on will be charged to your Mobi bill.
9. Can I buy two data roaming add-on at the same time?
Yes! You can buy more than one data roaming add-on at the same time.
Note: If you have purchased more than one data roaming add-on at the same time, the add-on with the shortest validity period will be utilised first.
10. Will I be notified if I have utilised my add-on?
Yes. You will receive an SMS notification from us when you have used 80%, 95% and again after you have fully used up (100%) your data roaming add-on
11. What will happen once I have fully utilised my data roaming add-on?
You will be charged with a pay per use rate once you have fully used up your data roaming add-on. Fair usage policy applies.
Buy more than one data roaming add-on at the same time to avoid the pay per use charges.
Note: If you have purchased more than one data roaming add-on at the same time, the add-on with the shortest validity period will be utilised first.
