The add-on data being used will depend on what the data is being used for. The Social Pack and Video Pack will only be used when you are accessing the websites and applications listed under each add-on.
When you access other websites and applications that are not listed, your data quota from your existing add-on data, Combo add-on or main credit balance will be used.
Will I be able to use the Social Pack and/or Video Pack for Hotspot or Tethering?
Yes, you will be able to use both the Social Pack and Video Pack for Hotspot or Tethering.
Will I be notified if I have used up my Social Pack and Video Pack?
Yes, you will receive an SMS notification once you have used up 50%, 80% and once you have fully used up (100%) your Social Pack and Video Pack.
What happens once I have used up my Social Pack or Video Pack?
Your existing add-on data (if any) or your main credit balance will be used once you have fully used up your Social Pack and/or Video Pack.
Will I be able to use the Social Pack and/or Video Pack if my credit balance is Zero?
No, you need to have credit or an active add-on data to enjoy using the Social Pack and/or Video Pack.
What happens if I don’t fully use up my Social Pack and/or Video Pack after it expires?
Any remaining data not used within the validity period will no longer be valid and no refund will be given.
