1. Who is eligible to sign up for the Rent to Own Plan?
The Rent to Own Plan is available exclusively to existing Mobi subscribers who have been subscribed to a Mobi plan for at least 12 months.
2. How does the Rent to Own Plan work?
If you are eligible for the Rent to Own Plan, your Mobi plan will be upgraded to a Mobi SuperSized 24-month contract plan, after which you can choose your device. The cost of the device is spread across 24 monthly payments. Once all payments are completed, the device is yours to own.
3. Where can I get the Rent to Own devices?
You can get the Rent to Own devices at the Consumer Fair, ICC Booth C3, happening on 24th June until 28th June 2026.
4. Which Mobi plans are available with Rent to Own?
The Rent to Own Plan is only available with the Mobi 30, Mobi 50 and Mobi 80 SuperSized 24 months contract plans.

6. Do I need to pay for anything when I first sign up?
Yes. When signing up, you are required to pay the first month’s device payment based on the device model you chose.
7. What will my monthly bill include?
Your monthly bill will include your Mobi subscription fee and your device monthly payment (e.g. $50 for Mobi 50 + $45 for the MacBook Neo).
8. How will I be charged for my device monthly payment?
Your device monthly payment will be charged automatically together with your Mobi monthly bill via Direct Debit, which is the standard payment method for Rent-to-Own contracts.

If you experience any issues with your device, you may visit the authorised service centres below for repair or assistance:
