1. What are the offers I can get with Infinity when I Switch to DST?

When your Switch to DST and subscribe to Infinity, you’re given the choice to Choose your Infinity Plan and the device you want! Yes — it’s as simple as it sounds!

2. When will I receive my $50 Cash Back?

You will receive the one-time $50 Cash Back on your next bill.

3. How long will these offers last?

These offers are available from 1st September 2022 to 30th November 2022. Don’t wait!

4. Are these offers available for everyone?

These offers are available for Switch to DST subscribers who sign up for personal accounts.

5. Is there a minimum contract period?

Yes — the contract period is 24 months.

6. How much does it cost to Switch to DST and subscribe to these Infinity offers?

Nothing! There are no charges when you Switch, although registration fees do apply to these who sign up for the Infinity plans. They include:

7. When will I receive my free device?

Your free device will be delivered to your doorstep within 1 to 2 weeks after your Infinity order is successful (depending on stock availability)

8. What documents do I need to make to Switch to DST?

You need to provide your valid Identification Card (IC) to Switch to DST.

9. Are there any specific requirements to Switch to DST?

Just one! Please ensure you do not have any overdue or outstanding charges (more than 30 days late) for your current service provider.

Remember, you can Switch to DST even if you have another contract with a different provider. Plus, you don’t need to contract your service provider to Switch — we do that for you!

10. Can I Switch to DST if the number is not under my name?

Sorry — the account holder must be the one to make the request to Switch to DST

11. How do I request to Switch to DST from my current service provider?

It’s easy! Simply visit our website to Switch to DST and subscribe to one of our Infinity plans.

12. How will I know when my home Internet has been successfully Switched to DST?

We will notify you of the successful Switch and ask for the OTP code sent to you. After that, you’re good to go!

Note: There will be a maximum of 3 hours Internet downtime during this process. Have a time period when you simply can’t be offline? Let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

13. I had add-ons with my previous service provider — what happens to them when I Switch to DST?

All add-ons from your previous service provider will no longer be valid once you have successfully Switched to DST.

14. Can my current service provider's services still be used during the switchover period?

Yes, you will still be able to use the service provided by your current service provider, although you will be responsible for paying for those services until the switchover is completed.

15. Do I need to contact my current service provider to terminate my existing mobile service subscription before Switching to DST?

No! Once you’ve submitted your “Switch to DST” form, we handle the disconnection.

16. Is there a warranty for the devices?

17. Where do I get help if there are issues with my device bundle?

If you have any problems with your device, you can bring your device to the service centres, where skilled technicians can help arrange a repair or replacement. Note that if your device is replaced, your warranty will automatically end.
