Staying connected while traveling is easy with DST Roaming! Simply activate Roaming before your trip or upon arrival at your destination via the MyDST app or by dialing *410#.
Once Roaming is activated, you can purchase a Data Roaming Add-on for your destination by dialing *410# or through the MyDST app.
If you’re traveling to Malaysia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, or the United Kingdom, you will subscribe to activate the lowest available data roaming add-on for your destination. Whether you’re a frequent traveler or just want peace of mind, DST Roaming ensures a seamless, hassle-free experience—keeping you connected without interruptions.
3. How does DST Roaming ensure a seamless experience?
With DST Roaming, you’ll subscribe to the lowest available data roaming add-on for your destination. You also have the flexibility to purchase a different add-on that best suits your travel needs.
If you’re still traveling and your data is running low or expires, you will renew your add-on with the lowest available option—unless you’ve already purchased a new one. To ensure uninterrupted roaming, please make sure your bill remains within your credit limit.
Note: The subscription of the lowest data roaming add-on is only available when traveling to Malaysia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, or the United Kingdom.

If you want to use our data roaming services, you will need to connect with our partner operator. You can manually connect to our data roaming partner operators in your phone settings.

If you’re traveling to Malaysia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, or the United Kingdom and haven’t purchased a data roaming add-on, you will subscribe to activate and purchase the lowest available data roaming add-on for you once you arrive at your destination.
For other countries that offer data roaming services, if you haven’t purchased a roaming add-on, you won’t be able to use data services. However, you’ll still be able to use calls and SMS services.
11. How do I check my data roaming add-on balance?
You can check your data roaming add-on balance via the MyDST app or by dialing *410#.
12. How will I be charged when I buy a data roaming add-on package?
The amount of your data roaming add-on will be charged to your Mobi bill.
13. Can I buy two data roaming add-ons at the same time?
Yes, you can buy more than one data roaming add-on at the same time.
Note: If you have purchased more than one data roaming add-on at the same time, the add-on with the shortest validity period will be used first.
14. Will I receive any notification alerts of my data usage?
Yes, you will receive an SMS notification from us when you have used 80%, 95%, and after you have fully used up (100%) your data roaming add-on.
15. What happens once I have fully used my data roaming add-on?
If your data roaming add-on is running low, you can choose to purchase another one. If you’re traveling to Malaysia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, or the United Kingdom, you will subscribe to purchase the lowest available data roaming add-on for you, ensuring you stay connected without any interruptions.
Note: If you’ve purchased multiple data roaming add-ons at the same time, the add-on with the shortest validity period will be used first.
16. What happens if I cross a border and change my roaming location?
When you cross into a new country, your Mobi will automatically detect the new location and subscribe you to the lowest data roaming add-on for you, ensuring seamless connectivity without any action required.
For example, when you are travelling from Malaysia to Singapore. When you travel to Malaysia, it will detect the Malaysia network and subscribe to the $4 1GB 1 Day add-on for Malaysia. If you then cross the border to Singapore on the same trip, it will then detect the Singapore network (a new location), and will subscribe to the $4 1GB 1 Day add-on for Singapore.
17. What happens if I travel to a country that does not offer a roaming data add-on?
If a data roaming add-on is not available for the destination country, you will not be able to use data while travelling.

Once Roaming is activated, you can purchase a Data Roaming Add-on for your destination by dialing *410# or through the MyDST app.
If you’re traveling to Malaysia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, or the United Kingdom, the lowest available data roaming add-on will be activated for your destination. Whether you’re a frequent traveler or just want peace of mind, DST Roaming ensures a seamless, hassle-free experience—keeping you connected without interruptions.

With DST Roaming, the lowest available data roaming add-on will be activated for your destination. You also have the flexibility to purchase a different add-on that best suits your travel needs.
If you’re still traveling and your data is running low or expires, you will renew your add-on with the lowest available option—unless you’ve already purchased a new one. To ensure uninterrupted roaming, please make sure your bill remains within your credit limit.
Note: The subscription of the lowest data roaming add-on is only available when traveling to Malaysia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, or the United Kingdom.

Yes, you can disable roaming via the MyDST app. However, keep in mind that disabling Roaming means you won’t be able to use our voice, SMS and data service while traveling.

If you want to use our data roaming services, you will need to connect with our partner operator. You can manually connect to our data roaming partner operators in your phone settings.

10. What happens if I did not purchase a data roaming add-on?
If you’re traveling to Malaysia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, or the United Kingdom and haven’t purchased a data roaming add-on, the lowest available data roaming add-on will be activated for you once you arrive at your destination.
For other countries that offer data roaming services, if you haven’t purchased a roaming add-on, you won’t be able to use data services. However, you’ll still be able to use calls and SMS services.

You can check your data roaming add-on balance via the MyDST app or by dialing *410#.
12. How will I be charged when I buy a data roaming add-on package?
The amount of your data roaming add-on will be charged to your Mobi bill.

Yes, you can buy more than one data roaming add-on at the same time.
Note: If you have purchased more than one data roaming add-on at the same time, the add-on with the shortest validity period will be used first.
14. Will I receive any notification alerts of my data usage?
Yes, you will receive an SMS notification from us when you have used 80%, 95%, and after you have fully used up (100%) your data roaming add-on.
15. What happens once I have fully used my data roaming add-on?
If your data roaming add-on is running low, you can choose to purchase another one. If you’re traveling to Malaysia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, or the United Kingdom, the lowest available data roaming add-on will be activated, ensuring you stay connected without any interruptions.
Note: If you’ve purchased multiple data roaming add-ons at the same time, the add-on with the shortest validity period will be used first.
16. What happens if I cross a border and change my roaming location?
When you cross into a new country, your Mobi will automatically detect the new location and the lowest data roaming add-on will be activated, ensuring seamless connectivity without any action required.
For example, when you are travelling from Malaysia to Singapore. When you travel to Malaysia, it will detect the Malaysia network and the $4 1GB 1 Day add-on for Malaysia will be activated. If you then cross the border to Singapore on the same trip, it will then detect the Singapore network (a new location), and the $4 1GB 1 Day add-on for Singapore will be activated.
17. What happens if I travel to a country that does not offer a roaming data add-on?
If a data roaming add-on is not available for the destination country, you will not be able to use data while travelling.
