Our Infinity Device Bundle Plans have been upgraded! If you are currently on Infinity 148 unlimited Infinity 258 Banar² Unlimited Plans, you will enjoy faster speed and cheaper monthly payments depending on your plan.

– The speed will be regulated to not higher than 1Mbps upon utilising 1,300GB* or 2,000GB**

2. Who is eligible for the Infinity Device Bundle Plans?

The Infinity Device Bundle plans are available for all residential Infinity customers; new, Switch and existing customers with expiring contracts.

3. How much does it cost to sign up to the Infinity Device Bundle Plan?

4. I have an existing Infinity Device Bundle contract plan, will my contract be renewed once my plan is upgraded?

No – your existing contract period will remain the same.

5. Can I upgrade my Infinity Device Bundle plan?

Yes – you can upgrade your Infinity plan by calling our DSTCare 151 or any DST Branches.

Note: When you upgrade your plan, you will need to top-up your deposit (according to the new plan you chose).

6. My existing contract is ending soon, do I need to return my device bundle?

No – you do not need to return your device bundle. Once your contract has expired, your plan will remain the same, and the device bundle will continue to be yours.

If you have any problems with your device, you can bring your device to the service centres, where skilled technicians can help arrange a repair or replacement. Note that if your device is replaced, your warranty will automatically end.

You will need to connect your computer to your Infinity router with a LAN cable and check your speed via speedtest.net. Checking your Internet speed is easy! Simply follow the steps below to perform the speed test:
a. Connect your computer to a LAN port on your modem using an Ethernet cable.
b. Open a web browser and go to http://www.speedtest.net/
c. When you open the website, it will automatically pick a server that is close to your location. If the server selected is far away, you can click ‘Change Server’ and select the one closest to you.
d. Click ‘Go’ to start your speed test.

Reminder, to get the most accurate results:
– Close any programs or apps on your computer that might be using the internet.
– If possible, pause any downloads or uploads.
– Ask others not to use the internet while the test is running.
This will help you see how fast your internet connection really is!

1. What is the latest Infinity promotion?

When you sign up or Switch to Infinity 58, you will get to enjoy monthly rewards when you sign up to the 24-months contract period!

2. How long is this promotion valid for?

This promotion is valid for two months only, starting from 1st September 2023 to 31st October 2023.

3. Is this promotion available for everyone?

This promotion is only available for those who sign up or Switch to our Infinity 58 Device Bundle Plan.

4. How do I check if I have received my reward after I have successfully signed up for Infinity?

You can check your upgraded data quota via the MyDST app, your data reward will be displayed under the ‘Add-on’ row.

5. What will happen to my data or speed bundle after the 24-months contract ends?

After your 24-months contract ends, your Infinity 58 data bundle will revert back to 700GB.

6. I had requested to sign up to the Infinity Device Bundle plan within the promotion period, however my Infinity Device Bundle plan had only successfully been activated after 31st October 2023. Will I still be eligible for the promotion?

Yes – you will still be eligible for the promotion reward as long as you have signed up or Switched to Infinity 58 Device Bundle plan within the promotion period; 1st September 2023 to 31st October 2023
