1. What do I get if I sign up to the Infinity contract plan?

You can choose to enjoy More Data for your Infinity with our 24-months contract plan.

– The speed will be regulated to not higher than 1Mbps upon utilising 2,000GB* or 2,500GB**
– Note: After the 24-months contract is up, your data quota and monthly payment will automatically be reverted back to the Infinity Non-Contract Plans.

2. Are the Infinity contract plans available for everyone?

The Infinity contract plans are available for residential Infinity customers who are not subscribed to a contract, whose contract will be expiring soon or has expired.

3. Is there a minimum contract period?

Yes – the minimum contract period is 24-months.

4. What will happen after I have successfully signed up to a contract plan?

Your data quota or monthly payment will be updated to the plan you have selected in the following month.

5. How will I be able to check if my plan has been changed?

You can simply check via the MyDST app:
Infinity Contract Plan (More Data)
– For Infinity 38, Infinity 58, Infinity 78, Infinity 98 and Infinity 148 (Unlimited Plan) – your new data quota will be displayed on your MyDST Home Screen and in your bill statements.
– For Infinity 148 (Banar2 Unlimited Plan) and Infinity 188 – your new monthly payment will be displayed in your bill statements.

6. How will I know if I have successfully signed up to the contract plan?

You will receive an SMS and email notification informing you that your plan has been changed to the contract plan.

7. I have decided to sign up to the contract plan, when will my new contract start?

Your new contract will start on the 1st of the following month after your request has been successful.

8. Will I be able to sign up to the contract plan and upgrade my Infinity plan at the same time?

Yes – you can sign up to the contract plan and upgrade your plan at the same time.

9. What happens after the 24 months ends – will my contract be renewed automatically?

After the end of your 24-months contract period, your contract will not be automatically renewed and it will be reverted back to the Infinity non-contract plans. However, we will be sure to contact you to offer more exciting rewards.

10. I’m signing up to the Infinity More Data contract plan, but can I still sign up for the device add-on bundle?

Yes – you can sign up for the contract plan and request to get the device add-on at the same time. The device add-ons’ monthly instalment will be charged to your bills.

a) Infinity Contract Plan (More Data)

– The speed will be regulated to not higher than 1Mbps upon utilising 2,000GB* or 2,500GB**
– Note: After the 24-months contract is up, your data quota and monthly payment will automatically be reverted back to the Infinity Non-Contract Plans.

b) Infinity Device Bundle Plan (Free Device)

– The speed will be regulated to not higher than 1Mbps upon utilising 1,300GB* or 2,000GB**

If you signed up to the Infinity FREE Device contract plan, it will be delivered to you within 2 business days. You will also be contacted when your device is on its way.

15. How will I be able to check if my plan has been changed?

You can simply check via the MyDST app:
a. Infinity Contract Plan (More Data)
– For Infinity 38, Infinity 58, Infinity 78, Infinity 98 and Infinity 148 (Unlimited Plan) – your new data quota will be displayed on your MyDST Home Screen and in your bill statements.
– For Infinity 148 (Banar2 Unlimited Plan) and Infinity 188 – your new monthly payment will be displayed in your bill statements.
b. Infinity Device Bundle Plan (Free Device)
– Your Free Device will be displayed in your bill statements.
