1. Why should you renew your Infinity contract?

If you renew your Infinity contract now, you will be given the choice to choose your reward – More Data or Pay Less. With these rewards, you will be able to enjoy more data or discounts quarterly over the next 24 months.

*You will need to stay as an active Infinity user to keep receiving the quarterly rewards.

2. Is this contract renewal available for everyone?

The Infinity contract renewal rewards are available for Residential Infinity customers whose contract will be expiring soon or has expired only.

*Available for Infinity 38, Infinity 58, Infinity 78 and Infinity 98 customers only.

3. Is there a minimum contract period?

Yes – the minimum contract period is 24 months.

4. What will happen after I have successfully renewed my contract?

You will receive your reward every quarter of the 24 months (every 4 months).

5. How will I be able to check if I have received my reward?

You can simply check your rewards via the MyDST app:

a. More Data – your reward will be displayed on your MyDST home screen
b. Pay Less – Your reward will be display in your bill statements

6. Will I be able to switch my reward from More Data to Pay Less or vice versa in the middle of my contract?

You will not be able to change your reward once you have successfully renewed your contract.

7. Is there a validity period for the More Data reward?

The More Data reward is valid for 30 days only.

8. What will happen if I don’t fully utilize the More Data reward?

Any remaining data balance from the More Data reward will not be carried forward to the next month. Your data quota will be refreshed every 1st of the month.

9. When I receive the More Data reward, which data bundle will be utilized first – my monthly data bundle or the reward bundle?

Your monthly data bundle will be utilized first and once you have used up all your data, your More Data reward will be utilized.

10. I have confirmed my choice to renew my contract, when will my new contract start?

Your contract will start on the 1st of the following month after you have successfully submitted and confirmed your contract renewal.

11. Will I be able to renew my contract and upgrade my Infinity plan at the same time?

Yes – you can renew your contract and upgrade your plan at the same time.

Note: The reward will be based on which Infinity plan you choose when you renewed your contract

12. Will I get a FREE device when I renew my Infinity contract?

No – you will not be given any new devices when you renew your contract, you will only receive the More Data or Pay Less rewards.

13. Will I be able to cancel my contract renewal after I have agreed and submitted my request to renew my contract?

Once your recontract has been confirmed, you will not be able to cancel your request.
