If you renew your Infinity contract now, you will be given the choice to choose your reward – More Data or Pay Less. With these rewards, you will be able to enjoy more data or discounts quarterly over the next 24 months.
*You will need to stay as an active Infinity user to keep receiving the quarterly rewards.
The Infinity contract renewal rewards are available for Residential Infinity customers whose contract will be expiring soon or has expired only.
*Available for Infinity 38, Infinity 58, Infinity 78 and Infinity 98 customers only.
Yes – the minimum contract period is 24 months.
You will receive your reward every quarter of the 24 months (every 4 months).
You can simply check your rewards via the MyDST app:
a. More Data – your reward will be displayed on your MyDST home screen
b. Pay Less – Your reward will be display in your bill statements
You will not be able to change your reward once you have successfully renewed your contract.
The More Data reward is valid for 30 days only.
Any remaining data balance from the More Data reward will not be carried forward to the next month. Your data quota will be refreshed every 1st of the month.
Your monthly data bundle will be utilized first and once you have used up all your data, your More Data reward will be utilized.
Your contract will start on the 1st of the following month after you have successfully submitted and confirmed your contract renewal.
Yes – you can renew your contract and upgrade your plan at the same time.
Note: The reward will be based on which Infinity plan you choose when you renewed your contract
No – you will not be given any new devices when you renew your contract, you will only receive the More Data or Pay Less rewards.
Once your recontract has been confirmed, you will not be able to cancel your request.
Once your Infinity Contract expires, we will give you the option to choose to renew your contract and enjoy More Data or get a Free Device.
a) Infinity Contract Plan (More Data)
– The speed will be regulated to not higher than 1Mbps upon utilising 2,000GB* or 2,500GB**
– Note: After the 24-months contract is up, your data quota and monthly payment will automatically be reverted back to the Infinity Non-Contract Plans.
b) Infinity Device Bundle Plan (Free Device)
– The speed will be regulated to not higher than 1Mbps upon utilising 1,300GB* or 2,000GB**
The Infinity contract renewal is available for residential Infinity customers whose contract will be expiring soon or has expired.
Yes – the minimum contract period is 24-months.
If you have chosen to receive the Free Device, it will be delivered to you within 2 business days. You will also be contacted when your device is on its way.
If you have chosen More Data, your data quota or monthly payment will be updated in accordance with your selected plan.
You can simply check via the MyDST app:
a. Infinity Contract Plan (More Data)
– For Infinity 38, Infinity 58, Infinity 78, Infinity 98 and Infinity 148 (Unlimited Plan) – your new data quota will be displayed on your MyDST Home Screen and in your bill statements.
– For Infinity 148 (Banar2 Unlimited Plan) and Infinity 188 – your new monthly payment will be displayed in your bill statements.
b. Infinity Device Bundle Plan (Free Device)
– Your Free Device will be displayed in your bill statements.
You will receive an SMS and email notification informing you that your contract has successfully been renewed.
Your new contract will start on the 1st of the following month after you have successfully
submitted and confirmed your contract renewal.
Yes – you can renew your contract and upgrade your plan at the same time.
After the end of your 24-months contract period, your contract will not be automatically renewed. However, we will be sure to contact you to offer more exciting rewards.
Yes – you can renew your contract and request to get the device add-on at the same time. The device add-ons’ monthly instalment will be charged to your bills
Note: Device Add-On Instalments will not be available for Infinity Device Contract Plan (Free Device Plan)
