Due to a recent system enhancement, your January 2026 bill was issued later than usual. As we have now entered a new billing cycle, your February 2026 bill has been issued on its regular schedule. As a result, you may receive both bills within a short period of time.

Yes, the February 2026 bill has been issued according to the standard billing schedule and sent to you via email. You can also view your statement in the MyDST app.
3. I still haven’t received my January 2026 bill. What should I do?
We are currently resolving a billing issue affecting a small group of customers. If you have not received your January 2026 bill, please contact DSTCare 151 for assistance. In the meantime, you may proceed to pay based on your monthly subscription and any applicable usage, such as data add-ons, device add-ons, or other charges.
4. What is the due date for my February bill?
The due date for your February bill is 31st March 2026.
5. What does the February 2026 bill include?
Your February bill will include charges for your February subscription, any additional add-ons purchased and any unpaid bills from January 2026.
6. How much should I pay if I receive two bills?
You should pay the total outstanding amount shown in your February bill.
7. Can I view my February bill on the app?
Yes. You can view your February bill on the MyDST app. How to view your bill:
– Tap View Bill
– Under Previous Bills, select the latest bill
– Tap View Bill to see the full statement
8. Will I be charged late payment fees because of the January bill delay?
You will not be charged with any late payment fees for your January 2026 bill as long as you pay your outstanding bill by 28th February 2026
9. Will I get a bill statement for any add-ons I have purchased?
You will no longer receive a separate bill for any add-ons you purchase. The cost will now be included and reflected in your next month’s bill.
