1. Why is my bill delayed?

Your bill is delayed due to recent system enhancements. We appreciate your patience and will issue it as soon as possible.

No late payment charges will apply on 1st February for your January 2026 bill.

You only need to pay your January 2026 monthly subscription, any previous outstanding balances and applicable add-ons purchased from December 2025.

Following recent system enhancements, your January bill statement will be issued before the next billing cycle begins on 1 February 2026. 

Your bill statement will be sent to you by email once it is available.

The balance shown in the MyDST app may not include your January charges yet. It reflects your 1 December 2025 bill, minus any payments you have made since then.

Yes. You may still pay your Infinity monthly subscription or any previous outstanding bills via the MyDST app or at any DST branch.

No, your services will remain active until the bill delay is resolved. 

Yes. Your real-time data usage tracker in the MyDST app remains up to date and can be used to monitor your data balance.
