If you’re new to Mobi, you can sign up to the Mobi Device Bundle Plan for:

You can sign up to this bundle plan at either a DST branch or our authorised dealers listed above.
4. Is this Mobi Device Rental Plan available for everyone?
The device rental plan is available for:
– New Mobi sign-ups
– Switch to DST customers
– Easi to Mobi upgrades
– Existing Mobi subscribers
5. When will I receive the extra data?
You will receive the extra data bonus every month for 24 months during the contract period, every 1st of the month until your contract ends.
6. Is there a warranty for the device?
Yes, you can bring your device to the authorised service centres listed in the warranty guide for repair or replacement.
7. Will I own the device after the 24 months contract ends?
At the end of the 24-month period, the device remains the property of DST and it must be returned.
However, you have the option to keep and own the device by making a one-time payment of 6 months’ worth of your monthly charges.
8. Will I be notified before the 24 months contract ends?
Yes, we will send you a reminder notification via SMS to keep you updated.
9. What happens if I have overdue payments or lose my device?
If you have an overdue payment or reported the device is lost, your device will be locked automatically.
You will need to clear off any overdue payments to unlock the device.
10. If my device is locked, can I still use it?
Yes, but your device functions will be limited to the following:
– Access the MyDST app
– Dial *400# and *401#
– Receive incoming SMS
– Make outgoing calls to DSTCare 151, +673 8987151, and Emergency numbers
