Following the recent system enhancements, your February bill statement will be issued before the next billing cycle begins on 1 March 2026.
3. How will I receive my bill statement?
Your bill statement will be sent to you by email once it is available.
4. What charges will be included in my February 2026 bill?
Your February bill will include charges for your February subscription, any additional add-ons purchased and unpaid bills from January 2026.
5. Will I be charged with late payment fees because of the February bill delay?
A $5 late payment fee will only apply if payment is not made by the bill due date and will be reflected in the next month’s bill statement.
6. Is the amount shown on the MyDST app up to date?
The balance shown in the MyDST app may not include your February charges yet. It reflects your January 2026 bill, excluding any payments you have made since then.
7. Can I still make a payment if the charges are not shown in the MyDST app?
Yes, you can still pay your Infinity monthly subscription and any previous outstanding bill via the MyDST app or at any DST branch.
8. Will this delay affect any of my services?
No, your Infinity services will remain active during this bill delay period.
9. Can I still track my data usage in the MyDST app?
Yes, the data usage tracker on the MyDST app will still update your usage in real-time and can be used to monitor your data balance.
10. Will there be any difference between my January 2026 bill statement and the delayed February 2026 bill statement?
Yes, your February 2026 bill statement will include February’s monthly subscription charges, any January add-ons or usage charges, and any outstanding balance from January. All outstanding amounts must be settled by 28 February 2026.
