1. What is the Bundle Plan?
The Bundle Plan is a 24-month contract plan that has 1 Mobi and 1 Infinity in one bundle. For the Bundle Plan, you can enjoy discounts up to $13 monthly on your Infinity bill.
Note: The monthly rental is not inclusive of the $10 charge for fixed line services.
2. Who is eligible to sign up for the Bundle Plan?
The Bundle Plan is available for everyone, as well as new and existing Mobi and Infinity subscribers, including switch to DST customers.
3. Is this Bundle Plan available for all Mobi and Infinity Plans?
No, the Bundle Plan is only applicable for Mobi 18, Mobi 30 with Infinity 38 and 58 plans.
4. How do I pay my accounts under the Bundle Plan?
Although the accounts are grouped under the Bundle Plan, the Mobi and Infinity services will still be billed separately. The applicable discount will be reflected in your Infinity bill.
You can easily pay your bills through the MyDST app.
5. If I have an Easi number, can I sign up for the Bundle Plan?
No, the Bundle Plan is only applicable for Mobi and Infinity plans.
You will need to switch your number to Mobi to get the Bundle Plan.
6. Can I apply for the Bundle Plan if my Mobi and Infinity accounts are registered under different names?
No, you can only apply for the Bundle Plan if both the Mobi and Infinity accounts are registered under the same name.
7. If I sign up for the Bundle Plan through the website, will my new plan be activated immediately after submitting the online form?
No, when submitting the form above, we will only receive your request. We will check your account details and make sure you are eligible for the bundle. Only then will we contact you to process your request.
8. When will I receive my discount after successfully signing up for the Bundle Plan?
The discount will be applied starting on your next bill after you have successfully signed up to the Bundle Plan.
