The Gaming Pack is available for Easi subscribers only.
5. Will the games supported by the Gaming Pack Add-on be automatically downloaded to my phone after purchase?
Games supported by the Gaming Pack will not be automatically downloaded to your phone. You will need to manually download them from the App Store or Google Play, either before or after purchasing the Gaming Pack Add-on.
6. Will I be able to buy the Gaming Pack at the same time as buying the normal add-on data?
Yes, you will be able to buy the Gaming Pack Add-on on top of buying the normal add-on data, Combo add, Social Pack, Video Pack and/or EduPack.

You can check your Gaming Pack data balance by dialing *133# or via the MyDST app

9. If I buy the Gaming Pack Add-On and Normal Add-On at the same time, which add-on will be used first?
The add-on data being used will depend on what the data is being used for. The Gaming Pack will only be used when you are playing the game listed under the Gaming Pack Add-on.
When you access other games that are not listed or for other uses, your data quota from your existing volume add-on data, Combo add-on or main credit balance will be used.
10. Will I be able to use the Gaming Pack for Hotspot or Tethering?
Yes, you will be able to use both the Gaming Pack for Hotspot or Tethering.
11. Will I be notified if I have used up my Gaming Pack?
Yes, you will receive an SMS notification once you have used up 50%, 80% and once you have fully used up (100%) your Gaming Pack.
12. What happens once I have used up my Gaming Pack?
Your existing add-on data (if any) or your main credit balance will be used once you have fully used up your Gaming Pack.
13. Will I be able to use the Gaming Pack if my credit balance is Zero?
No, you need to have credit or an active add-on data to enjoy using the Gaming Pack.
14. Will I be able to use my Gaming Pack Add-on after my credit expires?
No, you will need to recharge your Easi to continue using if your Gaming Pack is still valid.
15. What happens if I don't fully use up my Gaming Pack it expires?
Any remaining data not used within the validity period will no longer be valid and no refund will be given.
16. How will I pay for my Gaming Pack?
The add-on purchased will be deducted from your main credit upon successful purchase.
17. When will my Gaming Pack be activated?
Your Gaming Add-On Pack will be activated after you successfully purchased the Gaming Pack. You will also received SMS Notification upon successful purchase.
