1. What has been changed to Freedom’s add-on data packages?
The price for Freedom’s add-on data packages has been revised. Listed below are the revised add-on data packages:

2. Is this revision permanent or is it a promotion?
The price revision for Freedom’s add-on data packages is not a promotion. As of 4th September 2020, the price for the add-on data packages listed above have officially been revised.
3. I have purchased an add-on data package on 31st August 2020, will I be entitled for the price revision?
No, you will not be entitled for the price revision as it is only for those who have purchase the add-on data packages on 4th September 2020 onwards.
4. How do I purchase an add-on data package for my Freedom?
You can purchase an add-on data package via our website at mydst.dst.com.bn, through MyDST app or using the USSD code *433#
5. How do I check my add-on data package balance for my Freedom?
You will be able to check how much data you have utilised via our website at mydst.dst.com.bn, through MyDST app or using the USSD code *433#
6. How will I be charged when I purchase an add-on data package?
The amount to purchase an add-on data package will be charged to your next monthly bill.
7. If I had purchased an add-on data package, when will the validity period start?
The validity period of your add-on data package will start on the time of purchase.
8. I have purchased an add-on data package when I haven’t fully utilized my data quota. Which data package will be utilized first?
The add-on data package will be utilized first regardless of whether the main Freedom data quota has been fully utilized or not.
9. How does the add-on data package validity work?
The validity period is measured/counted to the exact minute of the predetermined validity period of each package. For example, if the add-on data package is valid for 1 day (24 hours) and the time of the purchase is at 10:59 AM, then the add-on data package will expire at 10: 58 AM the next day.
10. Will I be able to purchase 2 add-on data packages at the same time?
No, you are only allowed to purchase one (1) add-on data package at a time.
11. Will I be able to cancel my add-on data package subscription?
No, once you have purchased an add-on data package you will not be able to cancel it.
12. Will my add-on data package subscription be renewed automatically?
No, the add-on data package subscription will not be renewed automatically upon its expiry.
13. Will I be notified if I have fully utilized my add-on data package?
Yes, you will be notified via an SMS notification once you have utilized your monthly local data bundle by 80% and once again, when you have fully utilized it (100%).
