4. Bolehkan saya memeriksa baki kredit saya semasa penaiktarafan sistem UNN?

Biskita boleh memeriksa baki kredit melalui aplikasi MyDST atau www.mydst.dst.com.bn

5. Bolehkah saya membayar bil semasa penaiktarafan sistem UNN?

Biskita juga boleh membayar bil di cawangan Rimba Point dan Airport Mall (beroperasi hingga 8 malam).

6. Bolehkah saya mendaftar/pindah ke mana-mana perkhidmatan DST semasa penaiktarafan sistem UNN?

Ya, biskita masih boleh mendaftar ke perkhidmatan kami. Tetapi, perkhidmatan baru biskita hanya akan diproses dan diaktifkan setelah penaiktarafan sistem UNN selesai dijalankan.

7. Adakah cara lain untuk saya tetap berhubung semasa 2:55 pagi - 3:25 pagi, 29hb Jun 2021?

Biskita boleh tetap berhubung menggunakan perkhidmatan berasaskan WiFi.

8. Adakah ada yang perlu saya buat sebelum penaiktarafan sistem UNN?

Kami ingin menasihati biskita untuk merecaj kredit dan membeli data add-on sebelum 7 malam pada 28hb Jun 2021.

3. Which customers will be affected?

Easi, Mobi, and Freedom customers will be affected during the UNN System Upgrade. Voice, SMS and Data services will be available until 2:55am on 29th June 2021.

4. Can I check my remaining credit balance during the UNN system upgrade?

Yes, you can check your remaining credit balance via the MyDST app or www.mydst.dst.com.bn

5. Will I be able to pay my bills during the UNN system upgrade?

You can also make payments at our Rimba Point and Airport Mall branch (operating until 8pm)

6. Can I still register/switch to any DST services during the UNN system upgrade period?

Yes, you can apply to any of our services. However, your new service will only be processed and activated once the UNN system upgrade has successfully been completed.

7. Is there any way to be connected at 2:55am-3:25am on 29th June 2021?

You can still stay connected by using any WiFi based services.

8. Is there anything I need to prepare before the UNN system upgrade?

We kindly advise you to recharge your Easi credit and purchase add-on before 7pm on 28th June 2021.
