1. Are there any fees or charges for migrating my GO!broadband plan? If yes, how much do I need to pay upfront?

There will be no additional charges for the migration. However, if you have chosen Infinity or Combo, you may be charged for the non-standard installation, this is subjected to the FTTH infrastructure at your premise.

2. Will I be signed to a contract if I migrate my GO!broadband plan?

It depends on which plan you choose. If you select Infinity or the Combo plan, you will be signed up to a 24-months.

3. Can I migrate my GO!28 to Infinity 98 or am I only entitled to migrate to Infinity38?

Yes, you can migrate to any of our other infinity plan. However, you will not be entitled for the $20 off.

4. I’ve migrated my GO!68 to Infinity 58/78. How can I claim the$20 off my full bill?

The $20 will be automatically deducted from your bill, every month for 4 months.

5. I am already subscribed to Infinity 58/78. What will happen to my existing GO!broadband plan?

You will have to terminate your GO!broadband account at your nearest DST Branch to be entitled for the $20 off bill offer.

6. I am already subscribed to Infinity 58/78. Will I be eligible for the campaign offer?

Yes. However, you will need to terminate your GO!broadband account at your nearest DST branch to be entitled for the $20 off bill offer.

7. Will I be charged with a penalty if I migrate my GO!broadband plan to any of the plans while my existing plan is still under a contract?

No, your contract penalty will be waived.

8. What will happen to my existing device when I migrate to Infinity? Do I need to return it?

No, you can keep the existing device without having to return it.

9. I currently have a 3G GO!broadband SIM Card, do I need to change the SIM Card to enjoy the new services?

Yes, your SIM card will automatically be upgraded to our 4G SIM card when you migrate your plan to our other services. You can event have it delivered to your home or collect it at your nearest branch.

10. I currently have an existing MOBI 80, will I be able to terminate my GO!broadband and get the $20 off for my existing MOBI 80?

Yes. However, you will need to terminate your GO!broadband account at your nearest DST branch to be entitled for the $20 off bill offer.

11. Which account will be entitled for the $20 off bill offer if I have chosen the Combo plan?

Your Infinity plan will be entitled for the $20 off bill offer.
