1. What changes has been made to the Infinity plans?

The data quota for three (3) of the Infinity plans; Infinity 58, Infinity 78 and Infinity+ 78 has been Supersized. Refer below for the Supersized data quota:

2. Is the Supersized data quota applicable to all Infinity plans?

No, the Supersized data quota is only applicable to Infinity 58, Infinity 78 and Infinity+ 78 plans.

3. Do I need to subscribe to a contract to get this Supersized data quota?

Yes, you will need to subscribe to our 12-monthscontract. All plans are on a minimum of 12-months contract.

4. Is this Supersized data quota permanent or is it a promotion?

Permanent. The Supersized data quota for Infinity 58, Infinity 78 and Infinity+ 78 have officially been revised as of 1st June 2020.

5. Who is entitled for this Supersized data quota?

The Supersized Infinity plans are applicable to new, port-in (or Switch to DST) and existing Infinity 58, Infinity 78 and Infinity+ 78 subscribers.

6. For existing customers, do I need to visit a DST branches to get my data quota Supersized?

No, if you are an existing customer currently subscribed to Infinity 58, Infinity 78 or Infinity+ 78, your data quota will automatically be Supersized to the new data quota on 1st June 2020.

7. Will there be any charges for this Supersized?

There will be no charges incurred for this Supersized.

8. Will I be given a device if I subscribed to either one of these Infinity plans?

No, all Infinity plans with a 12-months contract period does not come with a device. Currently there are no device bundled plans for any 12-months contract plans.

9. I am subscribed to Infinity 58. Will my data quota automatically be Supersized?

Yes, your data quota will automatically be Supersized to 500GB every month starting from 1st June 2020 and the reset for the new data quota will be on the 1st of every month.

10. If I had purchased an add-on data package, when will the validity period start?

The validity period of your add-on data package will start on the time of purchase. However, you will only be able to utilize it if your main Infinity data quota has been fully utilized.

11. I am currently subscribed to an add-on data package for my Infinity 58. What will happen to my add-on data package after 1st June 2020.

The remaining data quota balance from your add-on data package will not be carried over to 1st June 2020. But you will have a full 500GB quota on 1st June 2020.

12. How do I check my data quota balance?

You will not be able to check the balance of your data quota, but you will be able to check how much data you have utilised via our Infinity website at www.infinity.dst.com.bn

13. Will I be entitled for the new data quota if my Infinity installation is ‘Currently in Progress’?

Yes, you will be entitled for the new data quota if the plan you have requested is Infinity 58 or Infinity 78 or Infinity+ 78.

14. I am currently subscribed to Infinity 38; will I be able to upgrade my plan to Infinity 58?

Yes, you may upgrade your Infinity plan from Infinity 38 to Infinity 58 by sending your request to infinity.digital@dst.com.bn or by visiting your nearest DST branch. Please use the same email address registered to your Infinity account for the email request. If your Infinity 38 is currently under a contract, then that existing contract will be continued on to your new Infinity plan.

15. I am currently subscribed to Infinity 78 with the 24-months contract plan. Will I be able to downgrade my plan to Infinity 58 with the 24-months contract plan?

Yes, you will be able to downgrade your Infinity plan from Infinity 78 to Infinity 58 by sending your request to infinity.digital@dst.com.bn or by visiting your nearest DST branch. Please use the same email address registered to your Infinity account for the email request. However, since you are currently under the 24-months contract you will be subjected to pay for the downgrade charges.

16. I am currently subscribed to Infinity 78 with the 24-months contract plan. Will I be able to downgrade my plan to Infinity 58 with the 12-months contract plan?

No, you will not be able to downgrade your Infinity plan as any downgrades is only allowed if your existing and new Infinity plan has the same contract period and providing that you have not receive any free device entitlement.

17. I am currently subscribed to Converge Plan (Infinity 38) with the 24-months contract plan. Will I be able to Upgrade my plan to Infinity 58 with the 24-months contract plan?

Yes, you will be able to upgrade your Infinity plan from Converge Plan to Infinity 58 by sending your request to infinity.digital@dst.com.bn or by visiting your nearest DST branch. Please use the same email address registered to your Infinity account for the email request. Your existing converge plan contract will be continued on to your upgrade Converge Plan (Infinity 58)

19. How much is the registration fee for Infinity?

20. Do I need to pay for any Installation fees?

When you subscribe to our Infinity 58, Infinity 78 or Infinity+78 12-months contract from 1st June 2020 to 31st August 2020, you will get a free installation. However, starting from 1st September 2020 onwards you will be charged with a $50 installation fee for Infinity 58 and Infinity 78.

21. What is the maximum number of Infinity plans / Infinity contracts plan a customer can have under their name/IC?

There are no restrictions as long as there is no outstanding balance on any of their existing account.
