Mobi Contract Plan: Home Appliances Bundle

1. Is the Home Appliance Bundle available for everyone?

The Mobi with Home Appliance Bundle is available for new sign up, port-in (or Switch to DST), existing Mobi subscribers and those who upgraded their Easi to Mobi. This package is applicable to personal accounts only.

2. Will I be subscribed to a contract period if I get the Mobi with Home Appliance Bundle?

Yes, the contract period for the Mobi with Home Appliance Bundle is 24-months.

3. Is this bundled package applicable to all Mobi plans?

Yes, the Mobi with Home Appliance Bundle is applicable to all THREE (3) Mobi plans; MOBI 30, MOBI 50 and MOBI 80.

4. Is this Mobi Home Appliance bundle permanent or is it a promotion?

The Mobi with Home Appliance Bundle is an ongoing promotion which is on a first come first serve basis
starting from 12th May 2020, while stock lasts.

5. Are there any specific requirements to Switch to DST?

If you are currently in a Postpaid plan from other service providers and planning to subscribe to our Mobi service, make sure you do not have any overdue outstanding bill (outstanding more than 30 days) with your current service provider. You can still subscribe to our Mobi service if your outstanding bill is still not due (meaning outstanding less than 30 days).

6. Are there specific requirement to switch to DST?

If you’re currently in a Postpaid Plan from the other service provider and planning to subscribe to our Mobi service, make sure you do not have any overdue outstanding bill (outstanding more than 30 days) with your current service provider. You can still subscribe to our Mobi service if your outstanding bill is still not due (meaning outstanding less than 30 days). If you’re currently in a Prepaid Plan from the other service provider, you will lose your existing credit balance when you subscribe to our Mobi service.

7. Where can I subscribe to the Mobi with Home Appliance Bundle?

You can subscribe to our Mobi with Home Appliance Bundle at;

a) For existing Mobi subscribers: walk-in at DST Yayasan, DST Tutong or DST Kuala Belait.
b) For new Mobi subscribers, switch to DST and upgrade from Easi to Mobi: DST website at https://ordernow.dst.com.bn and walk –in at DST Yayasan, DST Tutong or DST Kuala Belait.

9. I am currently subscribed to the 2G/3G Prima plan, will I be able to subscribe to the Mobi with Home Appliance Bundle?

Yes, you can subscribe to any of our Mobi with Home Appliance bundle, but you will need to upgrade your 2G/3G Prima plan to any of our 4G Mobi plans.

10. I am currently subscribed to MOBI 30 with a 12-months contract, will I be able to subscribe to the Mobi with Home Appliance Bundle?

Yes, all MOBI 30, MOBI 50, MOBI 80 and PRIMA 105 subscribers with a 12-months contract period will be able to subscribe to the Mobi with Home Appliance Bundle and the penalty charge on your existing contract will be waived.

11. I am currently subscribed to a 24-months contract with device plan with less than 90-days before contract expiry. Will I be able to subscribe to the Mobi with Home Appliance Bundle and will there be a penalty charge?

Yes, you can subscribe to this Home Appliance Bundle and your penalty will be waived if the new contract you subscribed to is either with MOBI contract 50 or MOBI contract 80.

12. I am currently subscribed to Prima 105; will I be able to subscribe to the Mobi with Home Appliance Bundle?

Yes, you can subscribe to our Mobi with Home Appliance Bundle by subscribing to any of our Mobi plans.

13. Are they any charges for delivery service?

No, the delivery service is free of charge. The delivery period is 1-7 working days depending on area and each supplier’s delivery schedule.

2. How do I pay if I want to subscribe via online?

You can pay your subscription using Credit or Debit card.

3. Are they any charges for delivery service?

No, the delivery service is free of charge.

4. Will my device be delivered on the same day of my purchase?

The delivery period is 1-7 working days depending on area and each supplier’s delivery schedule.

5. Can I order the Mobi with Home Appliance online and collect at the nearest DST branch (Pick-up)?

Only delivery options are available for our Mobi with TV/Fridge Bundles when you purchase online.

6. I am currently using another service provider’s number. Can I sign up for the Mobi with Home Appliance Bundle online?

Yes, you can switch to DST and subscribe to our Mobi with Home Appliance Bundle via www.dst.com.bn and with this you will get to keep your number.

7. I am an Easi subscriber. Can I upgrade my Easi to the Mobi with Home Appliance Bundle online?

Yes, you can. However, there will be an additional $10 fee. This $10 will not be included during the check-out but it will appear in your first Mobi bill.

8. I am currently using a non-contract Mobi Plan. Can I upgrade to Mobi with Home Appliance Bundle online?

No, unfortunately for these upgrades you will need to visit one of our branches, either in DST Yayasan, DST Tutong or DST Kuala Belait.
