1. Are there any Supersized promotions if I switch my current home Internet to DST Infinity?

Good News! If you Switch to DST and subscribe to our Infinity service between 12th June 2020 to 10th September 2020, you will get to enjoy $20 off your monthly bill for the first THREE (3) full month bill once your Infinity is successfully activated.

2. What is the Supersized Switch to DST’s Infinity promotion?

If you Switch to DST and subscribe to either our Infinity 58, Infinity 78 or Infinity+ 78, you will get to enjoy $20 off your monthly bill for the first THREE (3)full month bill once your Infinity is successfully activated.

3. When will this Supersized promotion ends?

Our Supersized Switch to DST’s Infinity service promotion is valid for 3 months only, starting from 12th June 2020 to 10th September 2020.

4. How will I know if I have received the $20 off?

The $20 off will be reflected on your monthly bill for 3 consecutive months.

5. How much does it cost to Switch to DST and to subscribe to the Infinity service?

There are no charges when you switch your number from one service provider to another. However, you will need to pay for the registration fees for your Infinity subscription. Please refer below for the registration fees:

6. What document(s) do I need to have to Switch to DST?

You will need to provide your valid Identification Card (IC) to Switch to DST.

7. Are there any specific requirements to Switch to DST?

If you are currently in a Postpaid plan from other service provider and planning to subscribe to our Infinity service, please make sure you do not have any overdue outstanding bill (outstanding more than 30 days) with your current service provider. You can still subscribe to our Infinity service if your outstanding bill is still not due (meaning outstanding less than 30 days).

8. Can I still request to Switch to DST if the number is not under my name?

No, the account holder must be the one to make the request to Switch to DST.

9. How do I make a request to Switch to DST from my current service provider?

You can submit your Switch to DST and subscribe to our Infinity service request via our website at www.dst.com.bn/switch-to-dst/ or by visiting any of our branches.

10. Can I change my plan when I Switch to DST?

Yes, you can choose any Infinity plan you desired that is offered by DST.

11. Can I switch my existing Copper service to DST Infinity?

Yes, you will be able to switch your Copper service to our Infinity. However, you will only be able to subscribe to our Infinity 38 if your area is not fibre ready and you will not be entitled for the $20 off your bill promotion.

12. How will I know that my existing home Internet has been successfully Switched to DST?

You will receive a call from our Infinity Activation Team and they will request for you to share the OTP code from the SMS notification sent to your mobile phone. Once that is successful, you will be able to enjoy our Infinity service. Please note that you will experience a 3-hour Internet downtime during this process.

13. What happens to my value-added services from my previous service provider once I have successfully Switched to DST?

All your value-added services from your previous service will be void. However, you can subscribe to any of the value-added services offered by DST.

14. Can I still use my current service provider’s services during the wait/transition time?

Yes, you will still be able to use the service provided by your current service provider. However, you will be liable to pay for the service you have used during this period to your current service provider.

15. Do I need to contact my current service provider to terminate my existing mobile service subscription before Switching to DST?

No, you don’t have to contact your current service provider. Once you’ve submitted your ‘Switch to DST’ form, DST will arrange to disconnect your subscription with your current service provider for you.

16. What if my Router does not work after I Switch to DST?

You will need to contact our DSTCare151 for further assistance.

17. Will there be any circumstances where DST will decline my Switch to DST request?

Yes, there are a few possible reasons as to why your request can be rejected. The reasons being:

  1. Your Identity Card (IC) was not properly uploaded.
  2. The details you have submitted does not match with the details from your current service provider.
  3. You still have an outstanding bill with your current service provider.
  4. You are still tied to a contract with your current service provider.

1. I am currently using another service provider’s home Internet service. Can I Switch to DST and subscribed to Infinity online?

Yes, you can switch to DST and subscribe to our Infinity via www.dst.com.bn/switch-to-dst/ and with this you will get to keep your number.

2. How do I pay if I want to subscribe via online?

You can pay your subscription using Credit or Debit card.

3. Can I register to the 24-months Infinity contract plan online?

No, Infinity 58, Infinity 78 and Infinity+ 78 with the 24-months contract is currently not available, you will only be able to subscribe to the 12-months contract. However, you will be able to register to Infinity 38, Infinity 98, Infinity+ 148, Infinity 248 and Infinity 388 with the 24-months contract online.
