1. How do I purchase an add-on data package for my Infinity?
You can purchase an add-on data package via the MyDST app or mydst.dst.com.bn
2. How do I check my add-on data package balance for my Infinity?
You will not be able to check the balance of your data quota, but you will be able to check how much data you have utilised via the MyDST app or mydst.dst.com.bn
3. How will I be charged when I purchase an add-on data package?
The amount to purchase an add-on data package will be charged to your next monthly bill.
4. If I had purchased an add-on data package, when will the validity period start?
The validity period of your add-on data package will start on the time of purchase. However, you will only be able to utilize it if your main Infinity data quota has been fully utilized.
5. How does the add-on data package validity work?
The validity period is measured/counted to the exact minute of the predetermined validity period of each package. For example, if the add-on data package is valid for 1 day (24 hours) and the time of the purchase is at 10:59 AM, then the add-on data package will expire at 10: 58 AM the next day.
6. Will I be able to purchase 2 add-on data packages at the same time?
Yes, you will be able to purchase more than one (1) add-on data package at a time. However, we would advise you to only purchase one (1) add-on data package at a time to avoid one of your add-ons from expiring without being utilized.
7. Will I be able to cancel my add-on data package subscription?
No, once you have purchased an add-on data package you will not be able to cancel it.
8. Will my add-on data package subscription be renewed automatically?
No, the add-on data package subscription will not be renewed automatically upon its expiry.
9. Will I be notified if I have fully utilized my add-on data package?
Yes, you will receive a notification once you have utilized your add-on data package by 80% and 100%. However, you will be able to check and keep track of your data usage via the MyDST app or mydst.dst.com.bn
