On 31st March 2021, all our GO!broadband services will no longer be available. Your GO!broadband plans will be changed to our Freedom plans accordingly.

We currently have a special offer just for you if you change your GO!broadband plan before 31st March 2021, such as Free Add-On Data and a Free Mobile Phone. Find out more on our special offer in the FAQ below.

You can also change your GO!broadband plan to our other services; Infinity or Mobi, please contact our DSTCare 151 or visit your nearest DST branch before 31st March 2021.

1. What will happen to all the GO!broadband accounts on 31st March 2021?

Your GO!broadband account will automatically be changed to our Freedom plan on 31st March 2021.

2. If I want to continue using my GO!broadband account, will I be able to do so?

No, your GO!broadband account will be terminated automatically and changed to our Freedom plan on 31st March 2021.

4. Will I be able to change my GO!broadband account to other DST services other than Freedom?

Yes, you can choose to change your GO!broadband account to either Infinity or Mobi. However, you will need to migrate your GO!broadband account before 31st March 2021 if you want to subscribe to our other services.

5. Are there any special offers available if I change my GO!broadband plan to other DST services before 31st March 2021?

6. What is the promotion period for the free add-on data for the Freedom service?

The free add-on data will be available for purchase until 31st May 2021.

7. What do I need to do to proceed with changing my GO!broadband account to either Freedom/Infinity/Mobi?

You can contact our DSTCare 151 or visit your nearest DST Branch to migrate your GO!broadband account.

8. Once my GO!broadband plan has been successfully changed, will I be subjected to any penalty charges?

No, any penalty charges will be waived.

9. What will happen to my current credit limit?

Your credit limit will be adjusted according to your new plan.

10. Will I be able to maintain my bill cycle?

11. I would like to discontinue my GO!broadband subscription but I had signed up for other DST products within the last 30 days, will I be subjected to any penalty charges?

If you wish to terminate your GO!broadband account and you have signed up to any of our other products between 24th January 2020 until now, any penalty charges you might be subjected to will be waived.

GO!Broadband Change to Freedom/Mobi

1. If I choose to change my GO!broadband account to Freedom/Mobi, when will my service be activated?

Your Freedom/Mobi service will be activated within 3 working days.

2. How much do I need to pay once I have successfully changed my GO!broadband account to Freedom/Mobi?

There is no payment required once you have successfully changed your GO!broadband account to Freedom/Mobi.

3. Will I be able to keep my GO!broadband mobile number if I change it to Freedom/Mobi?

Yes, you can keep your GO!broadband mobile number.

4. Will my GO!broadband plan be changed if I changed it to Freedom/Mobi?

Yes, your GO!broadband plan will be changed to any of our Freedom/Mobi plan based on your request.

5. What will happen to my GO!broadband deposit once I have successfully been changed?

Your GO!broadband deposit will be transferred and credited to your new account.

GO!Broadband Change to Infinity

1. If I choose to change my GO!broadband account to Infinity, when will my Infinity service be activated?

The activation of your Infinity service will depend on the appointment set upon your order submission.

2. Will I be able to keep my current GO!broadband mobile number if I changed it to Infinity?

No, you will be given a new number as the number which comes with Infinity is a fixed line number. However, if you would like to keep your GO!broadband mobile number, you can choose to change it to either our Mobi or Freedom services.

3. What will happen to my GO!broadband deposit once I have successfully been changed?

Your GO!broadband deposit will be transferred and credited to your new account. Our team will contact you first to reconfirm this before terminating your GO!broadband account.

4. If the GO!broadband account I am currently using is under a different name, will I be able to change it to Infinity using my name?

Yes, you will be able to change it to Infinity using your name. However, you will need to provide a transfer of ownership agreement letter by the owner of your GO!broadband account and email it to infinity.digital@dst.com.bn.

5. If I agree to change my GO!broadband account to Infinity, who will process the termination of my current account?

The termination of your current account will be done by our Infinity Activation Team once the Infinity service has successfully been activated.

6. If I agree to change my GO!broadband account, when will my account be terminated?

Your GO!broadband account will only be terminated once your new service is successfully activated. Please be informed, you will be contacted before we initiate the termination of your GO!broadband account.

7. Will I still be able to use my current GO!broadband service while waiting for my Infinity to be installed?

Yes, you will still be able to utilize your GO!broadband service while waiting for your infinity service to be activated.

8. Will I be given a Router/ONT if I migrate my GO!broadband to Infinity?

Yes, you will receive an ONT upon installation. However, the router will only be given depending on which Infinity plan you have selected.

9. Is there a warranty period for the Router/ONT?

Yes, there is a one-year warranty period for your ONT device.

10. I wish to install my Infinity at a different address from my GO!broadband service. Do I need to pay for any additional charges?

No, there will be no additional charges for the change of addresses.
