1.What is the meaning of cessation of DST Loyalty Points Redemption?

With immediate effect, all our mobile postpaid customers will no longer be able to do any redemption of their loyalty points.

2. How do I check my DST Loyalty Points?

You can check your collected Loyalty Points at any DST Branches or via DSTCare 151. Our team will check with our Loyalty Team and get back to you as soon as they can.

3. What will happen to my remaining collected points?

Your remaining collected points will still be there but will not be available for you to claim or redeem at the moment. We will inform you on any changes and we thank you for your understanding and patience.

4. What and Where can I redeem my Loyalty Points?

You will not be able to redeem your Loyalty Points at the moment. We will inform you if there are any new changes or updates.

5. When will the redemption of remaining collected points end?

Redemption of remaining collected points will end with immediate effect due to the revamping of our Loyalty Program System in which to better serve our customers in the future.
